Yes. All Tech Support is offered through our DMXReady Online Support Desk. Unfortunately however, we cannot assist with issues that arise from customization. This is called “debugging” – something that you will need to learn as you modify your scripts! If you run into a problem that seems unsolvable, DMXReady recommends that you start your customization process again from the original application files.
